You can modify the scripts to support SQL Server 2014 by performing the following:

1.) Create a Configuration_2014.ini file under AutoInstall/Templates (I just copied the SQL 2012 ini file as the technologies are very similar)
2.) Add new SQLVersions/Version elements into the AutoInstall/Run-Install.config file (once again, you can use SQL 2012 as a guide)
3.) Use the SQL SPADE Helper tool to build your installation folders
4.) Update the headers for any pre/post-install scripts you want to run for SQL 2014, e.g.
#/* 2005,2008,2008R2,2012,2014 */
5.) Copy the 4 files over to your local disk as normal and specify "Sql2014" for your SqlVersion in Start-SqlSpade.ps1:
$ht.Add("SqlVersion", 'Sql2014') # Valid values - Sql2008R2, Sql2012, Sql2014
6.) Execute Run-Install.

Hope this helps! These scripts are fantastic :)
